OTR Specialist Job

Role Summary/Purpose: The OTR Specialist is responsible for thefulfillment from Order-To-Remittance of LS orders for mainlan********,in order to support the sustainable growth for the business an********customer requirement.
Essential Responsibilitie******** - Own the fulfillment fromOrder-To-Remittance of LS orders for mainlan********;
- Work closely with sales team an******** to fulfill qtrly sales;
- Responsible to review & sign commercial contracts with en********,I/Es & dealers;
- Owner for forecast accuracy(Qtrly), inventory Turn(Qtrly) &pastdue(Qtrly);
- Work with cross funct******** e.g. f********legal,svc,etc.;
- Coordinate customer complaint settlement via CSSx system;
- Act as focal point of contract handling an******** opportunity tooptimize order management process;
- Other tasks assigne******** the direct Manager
Qualification******** - Bachelor’s Degree or above in internationaltrade or foreign trade English;
- 3 years or above of work experience in impor******** business or orderfulfillment an******** with advance******** in contract management orimpor******** processes
- Adaptive in different culture an********; Willing to take challengesan******** changes;
- Goo******** of Ms Office & ERP system ( Oracle is a plus ); Beanalytical an******** to numbers;
