Essential Responsibilitie******** Financial Performance

Product & Market Expertise

- Continuously update their understanding the customers changingclinical and/or operational issues an********.

- Create viable product configurations which meet customer needseffect******** while achieving optimum margin for GE.

- Differentiate assigne******** offering during the various stages ofthe sales process, effectively using GE resources an******** productmarketing an******** promotion material to actively support the customerthrough their decision making process towards a successful outcome forGE.

- Represent the company at relevant medical conferences an********exhibitions to promote produc******** an********.
Opportunity management

- Identify an******** new opportunities an******** with sales leadersan******** teams (where applicable) to continuously increase prospectfunnel.

- Drive tender/b******** including the needs ******** vendorselect******** quotation an******** of their produc********opportunities to meet or******** sales an******** targets as well as tomaximize customer satisfaction assigne********.

- Create an******** opportunities in the applicable sales funnel tooland/or CRM tools.

- Ownership of order an******** quality at the point of entry to ensureaccuracy, configuration integrity an******** all requirements aretie******** documente******** inputs.

- Estimate date of delivery to customer base******** knowledge of thecompany's production an******** schedules ensuring fulfillment of theorder is according to customer expectations an******** customersatisfaction.

- Drives performance management within the team, providing a regularoperating mechanism of feedback an******** an******** the annualappraisal system.

- Is responsible to regularly have “infiel********” sessions with eachone of their team members on for example how to cover opportunitiesan********, differentiating an******** the value of product an********opportunities. Provides regular, timely an******** development feedback.

- Create regular opportunities to involve the team to share bestpractices on opportunity management

- Regularly provides update to team on company, region productstrategies an******** insights.

- Coach an******** the PSS/PS with the differentiation of productofferings during the various stages of the sales process to activelymove the customer through their decision making process towards asuccessful outcome for GE.
Qualification******** 1. Bachelor’s Degree or minimum 5 years ofselling experience in a me******** healthcare or technical field( e.g.biomedical eng******** medical physics) or Life Sciences field

2. Previous experience in the Healthcare Industry

3. Ability to interface with both internal team members an********customers as part of solutions base******** approach

4. Ability to energ******** develop an******** rapport at all levelswithin an organization

5. Strong capacity an******** to develop career

6. Excellent verbal an******** communication skills in local language aswell as goo******** of English
