Position Summary:
Responsible for accelerating illumina product sales, drivingincrease******** usage, reducing customer ramp rate time an******** acommunity of satisfie******** an******** customers in both researchan******** markets. The Sequencing Specialist will engage in both pre-an********-sales activities to increase awareness of illumina sequencingan******** platforms, an******** customers with associate********an******** in both research an******** markets.
Main Responsibilitie********
•Pre-sales activity will include delivery of technical expertise duringthe sales process including presentat******** sem******** individualconsultat******** an********-on demo experiments if needed
•Executes technical an******** base******** on illumina’s sequencingan******** platforms, applications and/or workflows
•Post-sales activity includes working with post-installation customersproviding additional workflow or applications training in strategicallyimportant labs
•Supporting/assisting customers with sequencing assay design toaccelerate adoption of targete******** on illumina’s platforms
•Attendance at tradeshow******** in relevant fields
•Be the point person for dedicate******** User Group Meetings incollaboration with fiel******** an******** team to provide sample todata workflow training
•Assists sales an******** marketing on new strategic initiativesrequiring both technical an******** knowledge
•Works collaboratively with territory account managers, market********service an******** teams to ensure effective accoun******** managementan******** through pre-sales, during and- post-sales cycle, includingreview an******** account pull through targets an********
•Escalates technical issues to Technical Support for possible resolutionfor strategically important labs
•Develops an******** positive relationships with customers inassigne********

•5+ years in technical or relate******** in genetic********
•Life science industry experience preferred
