Position Summary:
Provides highly visible customer support through the performance ofon-site ******** as well as overseeing any necessary ********troubleshoot******** serv******** an******** of complex equipmentan********.

Main Responsibilitie********
• Act as an essential interface between the fiel******** an********support structure by providing timely onsite technical assistance tocustomers, Fiel******** spec******** an******** salespeople.
• Serve as a focal point for problem resolution assistance to subsidiaryor distributor support.
• Responsible for e******** writing an******** Service an********manuals, Fiel******** Bullet******** an********.
• Install, upgra******** repa******** an******** instrument systems indefine********.
• Provide technical support to staff, contractors an********.
• Manage the Service Territory including distributor’s service staff.
• Respon******** service requests an******** customer satisfaction.
• Manage service parts inventory levels.
• Maintain up to date customer ******** technical files an********databases.
• Provide timely an******** reports as requested.
• Works in conjunction with other staff to coordinate new systemplacements, develop lea******** promote upgrades an******** renewalsetc.
• Maintains routine contact with existing customer base.

All About You
Requiremen********
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
