任职要求：
1. 知名医学院毕业，儿科硕士及以上毕业，具有5年及以上主治医师或高级职称；
2. 知名三甲医院儿科10年以上工作经验；
3. 具有儿科门诊管理能力，负责日常运营工作；
4. 承担门诊医疗领导工作，负责儿科患者的日常诊断，治疗和处理；
5. 组织特殊疑难病例的讨论会；
6. 不断引进国内外先进临床诊疗方法，提高医疗质量；
7. 进行良好的医疗质量的管控，协助院长制定并执行各项规章制度、操作规范；
8. 具有良好的中英文沟通能力和团队精神；
