8. 具有优秀的儿科护理技能；
9. 具有优秀的沟通能力和团队精神；
10. 能够处理门诊各类应急事件；
11. 熟悉儿科门诊管理工作的相关流程；
12. 熟悉院内感染、医疗废弃物的管理；
13. 理解嘉树儿科的理念和工作流程；
