岗位职责
Primary Duties
• Be the physical liaison an******** liaison for OB patients an********them with all information they nee******** requests they have. Ideallythe OB patient coordinator shoul******** able to reply directly to 80%of patients’ questions. If not, they will direct the patient to theright person or inquire themselves an******** back to patient.
• Give patients introduction about our hosp******** price pol******** OBservices an******** differences there are compare******** localhospitals.
• Monitor data about patients who leave our hospital after startingtheir prenatal checkups here.
• Han******** OB relate******** to patients.
• Be the primary contact for these patients after the first encounter.
• Deliver high quality service to patients. Ensure patient needsan******** requests are met.
• Seek opportunities to continuously improve patient services.

Other Duties Performed
• Promote the hospital an******** services
• Pro-actively handle an******** problems to prevent complaints.
• Improve patient survey collection process by informing patients aboutthe surveys available.
任职条件
• University – preferably hospitality degree
• 2+ years working experience preferably in SHU
• Strong service orientation
• Native Chinese (English language skills are a plus)
• Excellent communication skills
