项目发展总监Business Development Director

职位描述JD：
1、策划、管理、组织编制集团发展战略规划，报董事会批准，定期评估规划落实情况，并组织修正、调整规划；
To plan, manage, & organize the business development an********planning of CMHG an******** to the boar******** approval; to evaluatethe implementation regularly an******** adjustment where needed;
2、组织编制集团及下属公司年度商业发展计划，组织评估潜在的医疗和养老服务发展项目在集团现有医院和养老公司的内外部发展的可行性，考核下属公司项目落实情况；
To organize CMHG an******** to work out annul financial an********plans; to assess the feasibility of the development of potential medicalan********-care services development projects within the group'sexisting subsidiaries; to assess the implementation of subsidiaries;
3、协调、整合、优化下属公司商业发展项目，确保下属公司合作以达到价值和效率最大化；组织指导集团内各类项目管理、合作活动，建立合作方、客户和项目数据库，进行项目储备；

6、组织编制集团及下属公司有关战略、规划、投资、合作相关业务的管理制度及流程；

7、统筹规划业务发展，建立土地开发建设项目的审计工作计划和预算；

8、协调所有相关的政府部门，从开始的投资到项目的完成，包括获得所需的许可证和证书；

资历要求Qualifications：
1、大学本科及以上学历，金融、财经等相关专业，或卫生事业管理、工程管理相关专业毕业；
Bachelor degree or above, major in or relate********, econom********medical , engineering management or relate********;
2、年龄35-45周岁，工作10年以上，其中管理岗位5年以上；

3、具备良好的中英文口头及书面表达能力及沟通技巧；
