渠道销售代表 Channel Representative

岗位职责：
1.根据公司渠道发展规划，制定、实施并达成工作目标和计划。
2.执行渠道各项管理制度，优化各项工作流程；按时提交工作汇报和信息反馈表。
3.管理规划所负责区域的渠道建设，引入、鉴别、筛选优秀经销商；整合，优化区域经销商布局，以达到渠道结构效益最大化。
4.管理激励经销商队伍，实施经销商评估活动；建立与经销商的例会制度，协助经销商进行库存管理。
5.及时、准确地向经销商传达公司的市场政策及产品信息，确保经销商准确的理解；并及时反馈经销商对各项政策的意见和建议。
6.经销商年度销售和市场活动任务制定，合同签署；经销商销售协议制定，签署，执行和跟踪。
7.制定，组织实施并完成经销商及其终端客户培训计划。定期对所负责的经销商及其终端客户进行走访，跟踪及协助经销商开展业务工作。
8.通过熟练的沟通能力和谈判技巧妥善解决渠道冲突，建立和维护公司良好的市场口碑和信誉。
9.参与制定并实施渠道各项市场活动，价格政策，产品及产品线推广计划；负责管理经销商参与的省市以及医院的招标事宜。
10.收集、汇总、并及时反馈内外部信息。并采取有效措施对信息的准确性进行验证和修正

任职要求：
1.大专本科及以上学历，医学相关专业
2.具备计划、组织、协调能力
3.至少两年以上医疗或生物技术行业的渠道管理经验
4.良好的沟通能力、人际技能、谈判能力
5.熟练使用MICROSOFT，英语通过CET-4
