The Jiahu******** Hospital Administrative Fellowship Program at theBrigham an********’s Hospital is designe******** provide emerginghealthcare leaders from China who are passionate about improving theChinese healthcare system, an opportunity to develop fundamentalhealthcare management skills. Under the guidance of seasone********administrators in Boston an******** Shanghai, the fellows will gain anunderstanding of healthcare delivery processes an********,interdependencies of hospital ******** roles of different front linean******** office staff, disruptive nature of healthcaretechnolog******** an******** of balancing cl******** teach********an******** missions with financial considerations. Program Description
For the first half of the 12-month program, fellows will study at theworld-renowne******** an********’s Hospital an******** an********’sFaulkner Hospital. They will interview an******** clinicalan********-clinical leaders an******** an******** hospital an********committee meetings where they will learn from examples of leadership –how issues are ra******** assessed, an******** an******** decisions aremade. As they spen******** in different functional areas of an academicmedical center an******** community hosp******** they will learndifferent processes, systems an******** service models that serve asreference points for what they will help create/tailor for Jiahu********in the secon******** of the fellowship.
During the first half of the program, Fellows will also initiate a6-month supervise******** in women’s health service. This primaryproject area of focus is anticipate******** evolve year-to-year to meetthe needs of JIH an******** an******** interests of fellows. Ina******** fellows may complete other smaller projects asrecommende******** their preceptor(s) solidify their learn********
For the secon******** of the program, fellows will be base********Shangha******** will have an opportunity to interview an******** careproviders an******** at top public hospitals to appreciate theday-to-day challenges of delivering care an******** preferencesan******** of Chinese consumers. Fellows will also be an integral partof the Shanghai-base******** planning team that brings onlineJiahu******** Hospital an******** network of satellite clinics as wellas its complementary suite of applications an******** services whichfurther empowers Chinese consumers to take charge of their health.

Temporarily relocate for 6 months to Boston, Massachusetts in the U.S.
Work Monday through Friday for a minimum of 40 hours each week.

Upon completion of the 12-month fellowship program, remain in theJiahu******** Hospital family an******** to contribute to the growthan******** of our system for a minimum of 3 years.
