Responsibilities
Provision of medical care within area of expertise in Internal MedicineDepartment an******** internal medicine physician. Will also act asconsultant for complicate******** conditions for all specialties in thehospital an******** in the ICU as needed.
1.Perform complete physical exams an******** of patients in InternalMedicine Department (including urgent, emergent, an********-urgentpresentation) and ICU
2.Help with the coverage of the ICU as requested
3.Help with medical development programs of internal me******** such asdevelop rules, training plans an******** monitoring systems
4.Select, order an******** tests an******** to augment physical findings
5.Define/document differential diagnoses an******** differentialdiagnoses with most likely diagnosis indicated
6.Write orders on physician order sheet for tests, procedures an********implementation an******** of therapies in accordance with medicalprotocols. Write signature on chart base******** institutional policy.
7.Perform diagnostic an******** procedures as deeme******** an********for plan of care if privilege******** do so. Consult as necessary.
