根据公司战略规划，在上级领导要求下，进行潜在项目引进或合作（海外新药的引进），整合内外资源，发展和维护政府关系和公共关系等，协调各种关系，协助和促进研发中心的发展。
Project management
• Formulate project plans, consolidate information into a cohesiveproposal, anticipate areas of uncertainty an******** up accordingly.
• Support transaction process from en******** end, including preliminaryevaluat******** due ******** making recommendations to senior managementon path forwar******** eventual negot******** ensuring alignment of allstakeholders internal or external with best in class project management.
• Work with other functional teams such as market******** me********commerc******** regulatory, R&D, Legal, F******** etc to analysean******** up with recommendations for new business developmentopportun******** including commercial ******** business model an********structure, etc.
• Facilitate evaluation of certain ad-hoc strategic projects, forexample those in new therapy areas. Conduct secondary research, workwith cross-functional teams to identify information nee******** runmarket research or consulting projects to obtain ******** preparerecommendations for senior management.
• Communicate professionally an******** a timely manner with externalstakeholders such as potential business partners
Sourcing for an******** of new projects
• Support Director in the sourcing for new business developmentopportunities base******** requirements from internal stakeholders
• Screen databases an******** network of external partners for potentialnew business opportunities
• Participate in relevant conferences, prepare pre-work an********necessary post conference follow-up

Education:
 Minimum Bachelor’s degree. Finance / MBA / post-gra******** will be anadvantage
Experience & knowledge:
 2-5 years of work experience (familiarity with the healthcare industrywith marketing/consulting/PE/VC backgroun******** be strongly preferred)in BD or other higly relate********
