REMOTE APPLICATIONS SPECIALIST

Role Summary/Purpose :
Diagnostic Cardiology remote application specialist is responsible forproviding customers technical an******** support, addressing theirquestions an******** via remote application system, which is a ITbase******** with online support function. RAS is also responsible forall customer issue an******** tacking an******** summary report timely.RAS work in GE LCS remote applications center.
Essential Responsibilities :
1. Responsible for providing remote technical an******** applicationssupport to customers in regards to product functionality an********after the sales process.
2. Focus on resolution of customer issues an******** as informationliaison between Headquarters an******** regarding customer concernsan********.
3. Provide routine follow up calls after remote application service.
4. Develop an******** problem/solution database an******** FAQs.Simplify responses to callers via development an******** of conciseconsistent step by step responses for recurring call topics.
5. Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in using the productsapplications in a clinical setting.
6. In long term, deliver an******** in developing remote trainingprograms.
Qualification******** :
• Bachelor degree or above, major in medical preferred.
• More than 3 years of cardiology department or ECG Lab workingexperience required.
• ECG device training experience preferred.
• Outstanding communication an******** sk******** able to effectivelycommunicate issues an******** to external customer an******** teams.
• Sol******** handling an******** solving sk******** with goo********about internal processes an********, an******** ability to resolveconflict with effective proposals.
• Proficient in English material reading an******** at computer skills.
