Position Summary

 Finance Controller is responsible for the operation of theCarebridge’s accounting funct******** revenue cycle operat********report******** budgeting/planning an******** control processes.
 Finance controller is responsible for interactions an******** withinthe Carebridge corporate services group, as well as with theHosp******** cl******** auditors an******** thir******** regardingfiscal matters.

Responsibilities
 Oversees all fiscal operations an******** for Carebridge’s an********Hospital’s various services lines an********, as well as administrativecost centers.


 Responsible for accounts rece******** ******** an******** management.Meet on a regular basis with Revenue Cycle Lea******** ReimbursementAnaly******** Billing an********, other relevant staff to ensureperformance measures an******** goals are met in accordance withCarebridge expectations.

 Oversees Carebridge’s account******** financial analysis an********staff and/or outsourcing services provider. Set an******** priorities.Responsible for establishing an******** individual goals, conductingperformance evaluations an******** development plans for staff. Assessoptions for in-house vs outsource********, with a view towar********cost an******** user service levels.

 Responsible for driving customer service an******** levels whilstmaintaining a strong control environment. Also charge******** leadingthe continuous improvement an******** process, ensuring effectivean******** communication with group to share best practice an********innovation.

 Overall responsibility for timely preparation of annual financial planan******** for Carebridge an******** various operational entities.Coordinates budget activities. Represents the Finance Department atbudget reviews Carebr******** hosp******** an******** leaders. Specificresponsibility for preparation of Carebridge’s an******** entities’general/administrative an******** cost budgets. Reviews expendituresrelate******** these budgets an******** actions as necessary.

 Ensures that questions from department an******** line managersregarding financial practices or other fiscal matters areresponde******** appropriately an******** a timely matter. Providessupport to business office an******** departmental managers regardingfiscal matters.

 Overall responsibility for fiscal controls throughout the ********including compliance with generally accepte******** principlesan******** policy as well as operational controls in key areas such asrefunds an******** balances. Works closely with Carebr********hosp******** cl******** an******** entity staff to identify issuesan******** proper resolution. Provides support an******** to divisionstaff on maintaining appropriate financial controls, separation ofduties etc.

 Provides analytical support, project******** modeling an******** toCarebridge leaders an******** entity department managers regardingcurrent financial status, budge********, compensation an********initiatives (e.g., compensation plan re******** overhea********,department charge analys******** etc.). Communicates an******** withindividual Executive Committee members as needed.

 Maintains an******** monthly financial reporting package for ExecutiveCommittee. Develop executive summaries. Presents monthly billingcommunication to Executive Comm******** Ch******** an******** departmentmanagers.

 Stays abreast of market with regar******** practice management,accounts receivable management, an******** regulatory changes an********that impact billing an******** activities.

 Manages the Finance Department’s involvement an******** with respectto conversions an******** of automate******** systems, enterpriseplanning systems, hospital information systems, an******** relationshipsystems as required.

Qualifications
 10-15 years relate********.
 B.S. Accounting or Finance.
 CPA or relevant advance********/certification preferred.
 Thorough knowledge China an******** GAAP, accounting processesan********.
 Demonstrate******** in the ******** implementation an******** ofFinance/SSC processes an******** to demonstrate ability to delivercontinuous improvement in complex businesses.
