• Expert pool building：专家库建立：
o Collect list of experts for selecte******** with basic informationfrom SUPPLIER an********；从供应商和勃林格收集专家名单和基础信息，并按选定的治疗领域整理；
o Maintain an update******** & KOLs information database.维护和更新库中专家和KOLs的信息。
• BIEECC (4-5 KOLs / TA)：组织BIEECC（4-5名KOLs / 领域）：
o Select KOLs from the pool ；从专家库中选择KOLs；
o Prepare an******** working plan for the Committee on the basis of BIbusiness needs; 根据勃林格业务需要制定和更新委员会工作计划；
o Manage consulting meetings with the Committee；管理与该委员会的咨询会议；
o Maintain relationship with key experts in the Committee.维护与委员会重要专家的关系。
• Working group organization (4-5 experts / TA)：组织工作组（每领域4-5名专家）：
o Set up the working group；组成工作组；
o Manage interactions with the group；管理和工作组的互动；
o Communication with group members；与工作组成员的沟通联系；
• Design & manage group discussions & interviews. 设计和管理咨询讨论组和访谈。
• Regular attendance at annual an******** important meetings &events in each TA, to collect information in the area an********personnel changes.定期参加选定领域的年会及其他重要会议及活动，收集领域信息，更新人员变化信息。
• Maintain an update******** & KOLs information system.维护和更新专家和KOLs信息系统
• Participate in relate******** an******** activities including:参与相关调研和筛选活动：
o Epidemiological research；流行病调查活动；
o Project evaluation by therapeutic value；项目治疗价值评价；
o TA information collection to support R&D projects；收集领域信息，支持研发项目；
o Early market evaluation of projects；项目的早期市场评价；
o Regulatory research；法规调研。
• Prepare formal consultation reports in name of BIEECC for the projectsassignedby BI Clinical Development. 根据勃林格临床研发部门提出的要求，撰写正式项目咨询报告。
• Undertake other reasonably relate******** as may be assigne******** BIfrom time to time. 执行勃林格不定期布置的其他合理相关的任务。

2. Essential qualifications of the designate****************被指派CL须具备的资质:
• Bachelor degree in Medicine an******** majors (B********Pharmaceutical)；医学专业及相关专业（如生物学、药学）本科学历；
• At least 2 years working experience in medical or pharmaceuticalindustry；至少在医学或医药行业2年工作经验；
• Preferably 1 year or more experience in medical information supportingR&D；最好是在支持研究开发的医学情报方面有一年或一年以上的工作经验者；
• Ability to communicate fluently an******** in English both in writingan********；流畅的书面和口头英语表达能力；
• Excellent social skills；优秀的社交能力；
