Support Function: Ensure the service process correct implementation

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES主要工作职责
•Is responsible for the project management of HIT solution productdelivery.
•Is reponsible for CCS (Connecte******** Solution) service ********especially for ICCA site.
•Is responsible for HIT solution product technical support duringpre-sales phase(system arch******** workflow analys******** systemintegration an******** proposal).
•Manage solution product project in CS business scope.
•Collaborate with CS fiel******** team to provide technical an********support onsite or remote on operational or maintenance to customer ofHealthcare IT system Serves as customer contact on technical an********relate********.
•Introduces IT skill to enhance IT capability of CS fiel******** team.
•Introduces new supporting process an******** to improve the qualityan******** of CS IT relate********.

JOB REQUIREMENTS岗位要求
a) Education学历:
•College, University Bachelor or above
•Advance******** Technology Certificate or equivalent in computerscience.

>3 years work experience on customer service in Healthcareinformatics industry
