岗位职责
1）Attending/Senior physician in rehabilitation ward: on OP an********care
2）Following JCI principle to deliver the quality an******** care.
3）Patient-family centere******** for medical decisions
4）Obligation teach the junior doctors to improve the overall competencyof doctor team.
5）Assistant the department Chair to do the clinical an******** work perrequest
6）Work as physician of HDU when patient needs the intensive care
7）Take night shift 2-3shif******** as assigned.
8）Contribution on internal an******** training as the teacher orfacilitator.
9）Take imitative in marketing activities from professional aspect.
10）Other clinical work assigne******** CMO and / or department Chair.
11）Other clinical an******** work assigne******** Inpatient Director.
任职条件
• Medical Master or Medical Doctor Degree
• At least 10 years of ICU relative work experience in 3A hospital
• Attending or Associate Chief Doctor Certificate
• Effective communication skills (English an********)
• Service Oriented
