Responsibilitie********

• Facilitate discharge planning an******** as a liaison between ********fam******** an********.
• Assess patient'********'s adaptation to patient illness an******** toprovide for patient's care needs.

• Be part of the multidisciplinary patient rounding

• Interact with patients with any issue ,answer patient inquiresan******** patient when require******** any issue

• Answer phone calls relate******** the patient services issues or helpwith any other requests ( Lab test results, medication refill ,billingissues , medical records copies .etc)

• Assist in scheduling appointments including all satellite clinics

• Maintain a thorough knowledge of hospital charges /discounts /packages/facilities /special events etc.

• Assist patients by booking airlines tickets ,hotel rooms an********patient an******** with local knowledge they may request.

• Ensure that comments an******** are properly logge********acte******** by trying to avo******** patient leaving the hospitaldissatisfied .Solicit assistance from the Patient Services Manager orupper management when needed .

Qualification********

• Bachelor level degree from an accredite******** or university.Licensure at the LSW level
• 3-5 years relate******** experience
