The Customer Application Specialist is mainly focus on onsiteApplication training/ real time high quality application supportan******** training to customer for optimizing application &operation of define******** line (SY,CT, MR etc.) across the productl******** additionally he will support TSE an******** from applicationside to provide customer integrate********. Beside that he will involveall the responsibility of the clinical education specialist such asonsite application tra******** presentation in training course,collaboration research an******** to Siemens product users. Theapplication specialist will report to Modality application manager.

1. Manage onsite application training

Responsible to create training plan which is agree******** customers bycommunicating with customers in advance (for responsible product line:Syngo, CT, MR, Etc.);

Ensure that the customer value of the offere******** (e.g. contents,skill an******** services) is perceive******** transitione********product offerings;

2. Manage & Deliver the remote application support an********

Timely an******** quality remote application support to the customerapplication re******** create training plan an******** high qualityremote training an********-classroom training by communicating withcustomers in advance (for responsible product line: Syngo, CT, MR,Ang******** X-ray, NM & Molecular Image);

Ensure that the customer value of the offere******** (e.g. contents,skill an******** services) is perceive******** transitione********product offerings;

3. Collaboration research an********

    Drive the creation an******** execution of the collaborationresearch in cooperation with customers, marketing management;

    Responsible for consultation of optimize********, image ********dose control, workflow, ect.

    Ensure that all the activities are in line with the applicationservice goal******** customer satisfaction an******** demand;

4. Support training courses an********

    Support to develop training courses for define******** (line)  inline with the customer service strategic direction: solve training issuemultidimensional an********, make customer service as one reason to buySiemens product an********;

    Fulfill or support training courses an******** with high academicquality an******** attractiveness;

5. If applicable: Departmental Management

    Def******** implement an******** departmental goals in accordancewith overall application service management goals an********;

    Directs the effective management of personnel to include performancemanagement, salary recommen******** objective setting an********, inorder to achieve set goals an********;

1. Medical knowledge an********

Product knowledge of the relevant products (CT, MR, Ang******** X-ray,Nuclear Me******** Radiation Treatment)

Application knowledge of the relevant application areas

Basic IT Knowledge

Microsoft Office

Complaint handling

Corrective an******** actions  

2. Language

English above 4 grades

3. Professional experience

University level or degree in clinical spec******** medical educationdegree above bachelor

At least 2 years of general working experience in an clinical  ormedical technician role/Or fresh graduate with master degree preferred

Radiology/ cardiology experience is preferred
