制定和批准药房药剂师的工作授权。

· Be responsible to provide reliable an******** pharmacy services toevery patient according to the prescription ordere******** the physicianworking in the hospital。
根据医院医师的处方负责为患者提供可靠准确的药品。

· Develop prescription an******** use******** the hospital.
制定医院内使用的处方的标签。

· Develop policies an******** for Pharmacy.
制定药房规章制度和工作规范。

· Establish a guideline of drug purchas******** stock******** an********
制定药房药品采购、保存、和发药规范。

· Establish a guideline for goods purchas******** stock********an********
制定药房物品采购、库存、和使用规范。

· Works together with quality management department to oversee qualitycontrol program an******** department’s quality indicators.
与质量控制部一起，监测质量控制指标。

· Works together with finance department to prepare department budgetan******** reports, 与财务部一起参与准备科室的预算和财务报告。

· Prepare monthly pharmacists’ roster an******** call schedules;Guarantee 24 hours services.
做好药剂师排班表和听班表，保障24小时药房服务。

任职资格 Qualification：
1、Bachelor Degree or above 大学本科学历或以上；
2、Preferable 10 years of work experience in pharmacy 最好10年以上药房管理工作经历；
3、Goo******** skills 英文良好；
4、License******** 药师专业资格证书
