岗位职责：
The Medical Advisor provides a bridge between clinicians an********marketing an******** department as well as the remaining departmentswithin the organization. He/she specifically provides an authoritativeopinion an******** medically base******** on oncotherapy.
 This role is taking the overall responsibility of the medical input tosupport the business teams.
 Responsible for pro-actively involving in all aspects of a product'slife cycle, from pre-launch to subsequent promot******** throughmarketing an********, by providing medical input to enhance theproduct's value in all areas of business

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
a. Participate in commercial activity (Market******** Sales)
 Provide medical input to sales team an******** the customer visitingfor sales to achieve the sales target
 Review promotional materials an******** activities
 Provide medical inputs in developing training program on diseaseknowledge in the define******** areas
b. KOL management
 Regular communicate with KOLs to share most update******** informationan******** the relationship in the define******** areas
 Review the Investigator Initiate******** Program.
c. Lecture delivery an******** training
 Regular lecture, to share most update******** trial ********interpreter treatment guideline
 Product training to internal an******** customers.
任职要求：
1）Ph.D. Degree in Oncology, Genet******** Immunology an******** biologyfiled. Medical Backgroun******** preferred.
2）Medical affairs an********-sales technical support experience inbio-industry is preferred.
3）Goo******** of strategic an******** thinking. Proactive planningan******** oriented.
4）Willing to take challenges, an******** quick learner.
