Essential Management Duties & Responsibilities 主要工作职责

• Working with user departments (medical ******** nursing an********ancillary services) on collecting business needs from funct********performance an******** control perspectives.
• Prepare bidding/tendering documents on medical e******** instrumentsan******** by working with internal customers, external experts or QSfirms.
• Sourcing the suitable vendors an******** with them on the requirementsan******** selections.
• Organize the tendering process (open public ten******** competitivebidding and/or price negotiation) to get the most suitable products withoptimal price.
• Negotiate procurement an******** contracts an******** properexecution.
• Follow up on procurement process. Ensure on time deliveries.
• Manage the ME installation an******** by vendors an******** with userdepartments on follow up issues
• Fixe******** registration an********
• Medical equipment maintenance management (contract negotiationsan******** with Biomedical Engineering Department)
• Manage the budgeting of medical equipment (ME) an******** with userdepartments an********.
• Support Fidelity on medical equipment an******** medicalrelate******** for the new hospital projects, including all theequipment for general hospital cl******** ER, Operation Theater,ICU/CCU, Ward, Health Screening Center, Imaging Center, Lab,Bloo******** an********.
• Be responsible for other procurement relate******** as nee********such as importation of the equipment

Qualifications 岗位要求

Education & Experience 学历背景与专业经历
• A bachelor’s degree from top un******** medical degree is a plus
• Over five years of experiences in medical equipment and/consumableprocurement for Class 2A or above hospital preferred
• Experience in managing various bidding processes.
• Goo******** skills in both English an******** Man******** an********interpersonal skills
• Goo******** work, organizational skills an******** to work withmultiple deadlines
• Strong internal customer & business focus, result orientationan******** management experience
• Knowledge of ERP (Oracle)system is a plus
