COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS ADVISOR
Job Title: People & Org Development Compensation an********a******** China

Reports to: Hea******** People & Organisational Development, China.

Job Purpose:
The Compensation & Benefits Advisor supports the Hea********Ch******** People & Org, an******** of C&B in hea********, inall areas of China compensat******** benefits an******** plan managementto ensure employee packages are in in alignment with company policiesan********, are competitive an******** compliant with legal an********requirements. The jobholder is responsible employee relationship work,Systems relate******** C&B an******** document.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Participate in various market an******** surveys to maintain company’smarket position.
• Provide support with all aspects of administering employee benefitsacross the China offices.
• Partner with internal departments an******** vendors to ensure qualitydata is transmitte******** all vendors via encrypte********; researchan******** HRIS issues affecting benefits; perform schedule********,write an******** reports or queries in HRIS system; ensure dataintegrity; lea******** relate******** projects
• Evaluate an******** internal processes to increase efficiencyan******** seek out ways to improve communication an******** offeringsto employees.
• Work collaboratively with payroll to ensure all employee a********terminations an******** are accurately input into the system within thedesignate********.
• Assist with compl******** f******** reports an******** relate********proper benefits administration under Local law an******** plan rules.
• Document an******** administrative procedures for benefit processes.
• Educate employees to ensure they understan******** benefits an********available.
• Development an******** of the SharePoint site for the China offices asit relates to benefits an********, an******** information. (such asemployee ******** contract)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 1-2 years’ experience in a benefits administrator role
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• 3+ years’ experience in this part, goo******** of compensationan******** processes
• Must possess excellent English an********
• Excellent data analysis skills an******** to detail
• Must be highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proven ability to prioritize an******** juggle numerous projectssimultaneously

• Prior experience handling confidential an******** information
• Must possess an extraordinary attention to ******** an********accurate an******** deliverables
• Have China HR level 2 certificate
