岗位职责：
Position Summary:
The senior protein purification researcher will be responsible fordeveloping various purification methods for RabMAb, antiserum an********protein an******** shooting for different problems happening inproduction process.

Essential Job Function********
1.Purification scheme design for RabMab, ant******** recombinant proteinan******** customer request pur******** including metho********,.opt******** verification an******** test；
2.Setup different purification metho******** new technique. IncludingAKTA, HPLC operation sk******** be familiar with various chromatographytechnique an******** resin character；
3.Protein affinity pur******** be familiar with different proteinconjugation methods an******** to design conjugation way according toprotein character on different amino ac******** an******** highefficiency affinity purification column；
4.Trouble shooting: give comments on problematic projects, improvey******** timely summarize the problems an******** the reasonsan******** goo******** on improving success rate an********；
5.Communicate with team director about work plan an********, help leadermonitor the whole process an******** ******** training technician withnew technique to meet SOP standar********；
6.Report to team director regularly the process an******** allkin******** relate******** to solve problems with purification issue.

任职要求：
1.Above Master degree in life sciences required. PhD or Post DocPreferred. Education abroa******** plus；
2.Rigorous academic trainings in biochemistry or relate******** and>=3 years’ hands-on experiences in the study of protein purificationan******** optimization；
3.Be professional on one type of protein purification theory an********metho********， LC/MS/MS etc；
4.Be familiar with purification equipment operating FPLC, HPLC, SEC etcan******** protein analysis metho******** SDS-PAGE，WB etc；
5.Excellent reading an******** in English with goo******** English；
6.Ability to logical thinking；
7.Skillful communication with colleagues an******** guidance；
8.Active an******** work attitude for making progress relativeindependently；
9.Strong willingness to contribute to bio-industry an******** scientistsdiscover more.
