1．PURPOSE目的
临床应用团队是将产品和临床应用有效连接的桥梁，对提升客户的品牌和产品的应用体验和满意度至关重要。无创通气临床应用经理负责带领团队成员，和市场部、销售部门协同工作，将无创通气产品的技术特点推广至临床，同时，负责无创通气产品的应用支持及售后培训，组织用户参加售后应用培训班等。

WORKING RELATIONSHIPS工作关系
-下属职位及人数: 临床应用专员，6-7人
- 合作关系： 区域销售团队，市场部的产品经理和产品专员

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES主要工作职责
1.Manage clinical application team in all territories to assureeffective an******** performance an********.
管理各区域临床应用团队，保证有效协作，高效工作。

2.Set the HNIV clinical application an******** plan in each localterritory.
制定无创通气产品的临床应用和培训计划。

3.Participate in the sales program an******** closely with sales to setup clinical demonstration base, assure sales team to meet sales budget.
与销售团队紧密协作，参与销售项目，建立临床示范基地，共同达成销售指标。

4.Work closely with product marketing team to complete the productclinical promotion projects
与市场产品团队密切配合，共同完成临床推广项目。

5.Lea******** team to provide standar******** tra******** clinicalapplication consultation an******** on-going support to customers toachieve key customers’ satisfaction.
带领团队为各区域重要客户提供标准化培训，临床应用支持和其它支持确保客户对品牌和产品的满意度。

负责起草相关的管理和临床应用规范。

MAJOR CHALLENGES主要挑战

JOB REQUIREMENTS岗位要求
a) Education学历:大学临床本科，
b) Experience工作经验:5年以上呼吸治疗师、呼吸内科、RICU临床工作经验
c) Competency an******** 能力和技能:
BA major in medical or above, clinical medicine major is preferred.
有医学本科以上教育背景，临床医学专业为佳
Respiratory fiel******** respiratory therapist experience is preferred.
呼吸领域或呼吸治疗师工作经验优先
Experience in product manager an******** manager.
具有产品经理和培训经理工作经验优先
Be proficient in English;
英语熟练
Medical device business experience is preferred.
有医疗设备领域相关工作经验优先
