Assist TVCI Sr. manager to plan , execute an******** Shangha********training strategy an******** to ensure shangha******** smoothly run.
Deliver high quality professional an******** training totargete********. Coordinate with other functions an******** partners toexecute TVCI training course.
1.During- training: act as lecture an******** in house person to ensuregoo******** including administrative arrangement, site tour, training******** exam result check, training pre an******** survey resultsanalysis , external lecture an******** agreement signature ect
2.Post-training: External Lecturer relationship reinforcement an********collection to analysis of the result of TVCI activities as PERM, mangeECP database an******** in ECPs follow-ups an******** alumniRegularCommunicate with agency to better enhance the training satisfactory.Update TVCI training SOP.
Assist to buil******** awareness among ECPs, consumers an******** publicto strengthen TVCI credibility.
Responsible for shangha******** TVCI operation an******** control
Share valuable inputs or provide strong support for TVCI curriculumsdevelopment or material fine tuning.
Conduct community eye check program if requested.
Requirements：
? Graduate******** medical university or optometry school with bachelordegree or above an******** at least 5 years working experience.
? Experience in gathering an******** customer insights to createsuitable marketing/ education programs
? Experience in conducting Professional Education courses is important
? Passionate in education an********
? Goo******** an******** skill.
? Goo******** skill an******** worker
? Fluent English in writing an******** an******** literacy
? Overseas education and/or working experience is value added
