医学检验师（Medical Technologist）

Position description

1. Perform all manual an******** testing in accordance with SOPs

4. Identify problems, develop appropriate action plans to solveproblems; when necessary, refer problems to the appropriate resourceperson

职位要求：
1. 医学检验学学士学位或同等教育。
2. 熟悉相应的检测原理和程序。
3. 熟悉实验室安全和控制感染的程序（包括标准的预防措施以及危险化学品的处理程序）。
4. 熟悉相应的的实验室仪器设备和术语。
5. 基本的计算机技能。
6. 能够高效工作并对相应的工作流程做有效的管理控制。
7. 与同事、经理、客户确立和保持高效的工作关系。
