• Product feature delivery -protocol ******** operator manuals
• Training Fiel******** Specialists (before product launch) an********new feature (along with program)
• Image collection for current / future programs an******** show support
• Image review an******** for programs
Responsible for Global customer voice (VOC) collection
• Lea******** applications team to collect customer &qualityfee******** provide issue resolution for product before launch (Pre-M4product) an******** installe******** the market (IB product) throughcomplaints.
• Buil******** relationship with customers to collect customer voice(VOC) for common nee******** pole specific needs an******** needs.
• Work with marketing team to share customer needs an******** prioritiesfor future programs an********-base******** (IB programs) base********customer point of vie********

• Bachelor's or above degree on medicine(radiology diagnostic) orequivalent experience
