课题组简介：
研究领域：肿瘤生物学、表观遗传学
主要研究：通过分析肿瘤组织等临床标本的基因组及表观遗传信息，了解其发病机制，为分子靶向治疗探索可能的信号通路及作用靶点。
技术平台：高通量测序技术测定肿瘤组织中全基因组DNA表达水平及甲基化变化；生物信息学、生化及分子生物学等学科技术分析信号通路、测定靶点表达水平。

条件及要求：
1、眼科学、肿瘤学、生物学或相关专业硕士及以上学位，熟悉细胞培养、动物实验等技术者优先。
2、有志从事科研工作，思维活跃，具有创新和合作精神。
3、具有相关领域研究经历，并能用英语熟练交流。

The ocular tumor research group at the Zhongshan Ophthalmic Center (SunYat-sen Un******** Guangzhou) has a technician position immediatelyavailable in the area of tumor biology an********.
