Director, Downstream Process Development

Downstream Process Development is responsible for purification process******** purification technology ******** process scale-up, technicaltransfer an******** for pre-clinical an******** manufacturing ofbiologics derive******** mammalian cell cultures. The scope ofdownstream process development includes cell culture clarification(centrifuge an******** filtration), column chromatography, viralinactivation/removal, an********/diafiltration.

Responsibilitie********
1.　Design the downstream processes that are eff******** robustan******** for the clinical manufacturing.
2.　Assist the Sr. director to coordinate the work between the downstreamdevelopment group an******** functional groups to meet the projectobjectives an********.
3.　Oversee the process scale-up an******** transfer activities betweenthe process development team an******** team.
4.　Coach the group leads an******** on the process developmentan********.
5.　Establish the robust purification development an********-up platform.
Basic Qualification********
1.　MS with 10+ years, or PhD with 6+ years downstream processdevelopment experience.
2.　People management experience preferred
3.　Experience in developing the large-scale chromatography, centrifugean******** filtration harvest, ultrafiltration/******** an********inactivation an********
4.　Experience in working with the cross-functional teams.
5.　Experience in troubleshooting an******** of the critical ********an******** the risk analysis on the ******** technical transferan******** validation.
