岗位职责
1. Carry out the regular newborn check up as require******** UFHH homecare service
2. Treat an******** paediatrics patients in the outpatient setting orpatients’ homes, on a limite********;
3. Coordinate cross-department care with other clinical departmentsan******** in Shangha******** ensure continuity between hospitalan********;
4. Refer patients to specialists as necessary;
5. Collect information an******** medical ******** including UFHH-BJUadmission forms;
6. Guide nursing staff in the performance of their clinical home healthduties;
7. Oversee clinical aspects of pediatric home health including regularcommunication with the UFHH Nursing staff so that any changes intreatment plan, medical cert******** insurance forms, etc. can beaddresse********;
8. Assist with home health talks an******** marketing eventscoordinate******** Beijing Unite******** Hospital or Unite******** HomeHealth;
9. Other responsibilities assigne******** UFHH CMO and/or UFHH GeneralManager.
任职条件
1. Doctor of medicine degree (or equivalent) from an approve******** ofmedicine
2. Completion of residency training in pediatrics or achievement ofattending level status in a 3A hospital in China or a westerntraining/boar******** equivalent;
3. Minimum 3-5 years experience post-residency in the clinical arenapreferred.
4. Proact******** creative team player who can contribute to thedevelopment of UFHH
5. Communicating effectively orally an******** writing
6. Showing willingness to learn from mistakes
7. Working collaboratively with other team members
8. Using computers, computer software an******** digital devices tocommunicate with professional staff
9. Fluency in Mandarin (spoken an********); working knowledge of English

11. Experience with telemedicine preferred
