Specific responsibilities include:
· Oversees Clinical Operation Team which includes project managers,training/QC manager, regulatory affairs manager, CRAs, CRCs an********CRC team. The position reports to Director of Clinical Operation
· Leads clinical research activities which include but notlimite******** protocol, CRF an******** other study material ********regulatory affa******** project management, investigator an********management, budget management, study execution an********, trainingan********, data capture an********, statistic analys******** an********reporting
· Coordinate with Data Management Center an******** manager to ensuresuccessful execution of ongoing projects measure******** object********budget an********
· Supports development an******** of VitalSystem (V******** V********VitalManage)
· Coordinates with Clinical Development for publication an********an******** of VitalConnect
· Prepare proposals an******** presentations to prospective clients orcollaborators


Qualification********
· Strong understanding an******** in all phases of clinical stu********outcomes research, epidemiology stu******** population-base********health research, an******** ability to interpret pre-clinical an**************** design an******** clinical trials
Strong leadership skills with a clear understanding an******** tocompany goals an********, an******** ability to buil********relationships with key customers, partners, an******** while maintainingthe high eth******** regulatory an******** standards.
Demonstrate******** on an********-do style as well as the ability toorgan******** pr******** an******** industry standar******** managementtools while creating an******** alignments with key stake holders.
Strong communication an******** skills in both Chinese an********, withthe ability to produce high standar******** reports an******** updatesan******** conduct two-way translation.

Experience in multi-national pharmaceutical company, global CRO, orextensive experience in private/academic research institution is highly preferred.
