Responsibilitie********
1.Assist to marketing manager an******** to develop product / brand/marketing strategy in broa********.
2.Coordinate or conduct market research to evaluate potential marketopportunity for the produc********, as well as development of short-terman********-term marketing plans. Special focus on the development ofsustainable growth strategy for Baxter’s Base IV business in potentialmarket.
3.Communicate with customers (including hospital pres********pharmac******** nurse an********) for KOLs management an******** toolsdevelopment.
4.Develop annual marketing plans, including product promotion scheme intargete********, product-launching scheme, project sche******** as wellas budget an******** accordingly.
5.Implement various marketing plans, including creation of productinformation; design promotional materials; coordination of marketingactivities such as international an******** congresses, productexh******** sem******** various projects, etc.
6.Work with functional teams to provide product an******** trainingsupport to internal an******** stakeholders.
Qualification********
1.Bachelor’s degree above, with medical or pharmacy backgroun********preferred.
2.At least 3~5 years’ experiences of product management or marketingexperiences in multinational company of pharmaceutical and/or healthcare******** with new product launch experience and/or sales experience arepreferred.
3.Strong business acumen, goo******** thinking an******** to marketingtrends.
