Responsibilitie********
1.Be familiar with Sales Effectiveness Program an******** SalesEffectiveness Report upon Sales Management Team;
2.Provide SEP weekly / monthly report upon re******** ensure the qualityof the report after fully communication with sales supervisor/manager;
3.Fiel******** periodically to track the sales team SEP implementation;
4.Provide SEP training to new comers, help to solve the SEP problemsduring daily work;
5. Lea******** team to maintain the SEP system to make sure sales teamcan making call plan with it smoothly .
6. Collect the system request from sales team an******** closely with ITteam to make it happen , which can help sales team working moreeffectively .
7.Perform other duties as assigne******** the ******** an******** teamas well.

Qualification********
1.College or above education with major in data analys******** adminmanagement or relevant;
2.Minimum 2~3 years experience of data management or relevant; minimum 2years experience of team management
3.Obtain sense of responsibility an******** har********, team-playeran********;
4.Sense of data is required;
5.In******** can work well without close supervision;
6.Be flexible to change an******** to take challenge.
7.Be familiar with medical industry as a plus;
8.Fluent in both oral an******** English is a plus;
