Education / Training • Minimum education- College diploma
Experience • At least 1 or 2 years experience in similar billingposition in International Healthcare Facility.

Duties an******** • Calculate charges an******** bills in precise way.
• Explain bills to clients about breakdown of expense.
• Maintain payment records for all the transactions an******** paymentarrangement for clients.
• Verify table of benefit with insurance company for clientbefore/during/after service.
• Collaborate with Customer Service to handle billing inquiries frompatients
• Dealing with patient complaint about bill an******** discrepancies orerrors.
• Identify an******** patient billing complaints an******** to BusinessOffice Manager.
• Conducts self in accordance with company employee manual.
• Maintains strictest confidentiality an******** to all guidelines.
