责任与职责
作为病人的护理人和第一联系人，我们希望护士们能在接触病人时时刻展现熟练的技术和可靠性。职责包括：
• 监视并跟踪病人的生命体征，进行必要的程序如IV置管等。
• 跟踪病人的病程并在病人的报告中正确地输入数据
• 制订院内的每日护理方案，并指导家人如何在出院后护理病人
• 与医生和医疗团队的其他成员合作，确保病人的病程得到了充分的跟踪和治疗
技能与素质
• 天性富有同情心

• 必须有优秀的团队精神
• 有非常出色的沟通技巧，并且能作为团队的医院工作
教育与资质
• 知名大学或护士学校的护理文凭
• 本科学历优先
• 国家执业注册
• 掌握一门外语以及拥有国外经验者优先。
