国际医疗门诊护士

岗位职责
1.患者护理：为患者提供全面的护理服务，包括病情观察、药物管理、伤口护理、健康教育等。
2.协助医生：协助医生进行检查、治疗和手术操作，医嘱实行，确保医疗流程的顺利进行。在各种突发情况可以协助医生与患者完成就诊需求。
3.病历记录：准确记录患者的护理信息和病情变化，确保医疗记录的完整性和准确性。需要准确记录和交接预诊的患者信息和交办信息。
4.健康咨询：为患者及其家属提供健康咨询和疾病预防指导，帮助患者改善生活质量。有基础的预防医学与全科医学医疗常识。
5.紧急处理：在紧急情况下，快速响应并提供专业的急救护理。了解急救车的使用和急救流程。
6.参与培训：参与医院或诊所的护理培训项目，不断提升专业技能和服务水平。
7.多语言沟通：使用多语种沟通（最少英语和中文）与患者及医疗团队进行有效沟通，确保信息传递无误。按需协助团队进行沟通交。
8.客户服务： 就诊前中后为患者提供高质量的就诊体验，协调患者在就医前中后先后次序。落实就诊后的预约与跟进服务。

任职要求
1.教育背景：拥有护理学相关专业的大专或以上学历，持有有效的护士执业资格证书。
2.工作经验：至少2年以上临床护理工作经验，有海外，国际医疗或双语护理经验者优先。
3.语言能力：具备流利的双语沟通能力（如英语和中文），能够与来自不同文化背景的患者和同事有效沟通。
4.专业技能：熟练掌握基础护理和急救技能，能够独立完成常规护理工作。
职业素养：具备良好的职业道德、责任心和团队合作精神，能够适应高强度工作环境，积极向上的工作热情。

Job Responsibilities
1.To Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, including conditionmonitoring, medication administration, wound care, and health education.
2.To assist physician in diagnosis, treatment, and surgical proceduresto improve patient workflow; ti assist physician and patient duringpatient management in various situations.
3.To document patient clinical information and condition changescomprehensively; To ensure the completeness and accuracy of medicalrecords and the handover information.
4.To provide health education and disease prevention guidance topatients and their families to help improve their quality of life. Oneshall process basic clinical knowledge in preventative and family medicine.
5.To respond quickly and to provide professional emergency care topatient in distress. One shall process knowledge in emergency code cartand first aid skills.
6.To participate in nursing training programs at hospitals or clinics tocontinuously improve professional skills and service quality.
7.Communicate effectively with patients and the medical team inbilingual languages (e.g., English and Chinese) to ensure accurateinformation delivery. To assist other stakeholders during staff-Patient communication.
8.To provide professional customer service to patients prior, during,and post visit; to execute post visit appointment and followup actions.

Job Requirements
1.Educational Background: Possess a diploma or higher in Nursing or arelated field, and hold a valid nursing license.
2.Work Experience: At least 2 years of clinical nursing experience, withpreference given to those with overseas, international medical orbilingual nursing experience. Language Skills: Fluent in bilingualcommunication (e.g., English and Chinese), able to communicateeffectively with patients and colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds.
3.Professional Skills: Proficient in basic nursing and emergency careskills, capable of independently completing routine nursing tasks.
