岗位职责
1.提供全面的医疗服务：为患者提供全面的医疗诊断、治疗和健康管理服务，涵盖内科、外科、儿科、妇科等全科领域。
2.健康咨询与教育：为患者及其家属提供健康咨询、疾病预防和健康教育服务。
3.病历管理与记录：准确记录患者病历，确保医疗信息的完整性和保密性。
4.多学科协作：与其他医疗专业人员（如专科医生、护士、药剂师等）协作，确保患者获得最佳治疗方案。
5.紧急医疗处理：在紧急情况下，快速评估患者状况并提供及时有效的医疗干预。
6.参与医疗质量改进：参与医院或诊所的医疗质量改进项目，提升医疗服务水平。
7.多语言沟通：使用双语（如英语和中文）与患者及医疗团队进行有效沟通，确保信息传递无误。

任职要求
1.教育背景：拥有医学学士或以上学位，持有有效的执业医师资格证书。
2.工作经验：至少3年以上全科医生工作经验，有国际医疗工作经验者优先。
3.语言能力：具备流利的英语沟通能力（口语和书面），能够与来自不同文化背景的患者和同事有效沟通。
4.专业技能：熟练掌握全科医学知识和技能，能够独立处理常见病、多发病及急症。
5.职业素养：具备良好的职业道德和团队合作精神，能够适应高强度工作环境。

Job Responsibilities
1.Provide comprehensive medical services, including diagnosis,treatment, and health management for patients, covering general practiceareas such as internal medicine, surgery, pediatrics, and gynecology.
2.Offer health consultation, disease prevention, and health educationservices to patients and their families.
3.Accurately document patient medical records, ensuring the integrityand confidentiality of medical information.
4.Collaborate with other healthcare professionals (e.g., specialists,nurses, pharmacists) to ensure patients receive the best treatment plans.
5.Provide rapid assessment and effective medical intervention inemergency situations.
6.Participate in medical quality improvement projects to enhance thelevel of healthcare services.
7.Communicate effectively with patients and the medical team inbilingual languages (e.g., English and Chinese) to ensure accurateinformation delivery.
Job Requirements
1.Educational Background: Possess a Bachelor's degree or higher inMedicine, and hold a valid medical practitioner license.
2.Work Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a generalpractitioner, with preference given to those with international medical experience.
3.Language Skills: Fluent in English (both spoken and written), able tocommunicate effectively with patients and colleagues from diversecultural backgrounds.
4.Professional Skills: Proficient in general medical knowledge andskills, capable of independently managing common diseases, frequentlyoccurring illnesses, and emergencies.
5.Professionalism: Possess strong professional ethics and teamworkspirit, able to adapt to high-intensity work environments.
