工作职责 / Job Responsibilities
1、基础诊疗与急救处理。为师生提供轻微常见病的诊断治疗，对严重伤害事故进行紧急救护，并协调转诊（如拨打120或安排校车转运）。
Diagnose and treat minor illnesses among students/staff; provideemergency first aid for severe injuries and coordinate referrals (e.g.,calling 120 or arranging school transport).
2、药品与医疗设备管理。负责医务室药品及器械的采购、质量检查及定期维护，确保合规性与成本优化。
Manage procurement, quality control, and maintenance of medicalsupplies/equipment, ensuring compliance and cost-effectiveness.
3、传染病防控与报告。制定并落实校园传染病防控方案（预防、监测及上报），对接疾控部门要求。
Develop and implement infection control protocols (prevention,surveillance, reporting) in line with CDC regulations.
4、大型活动医疗保障。为学校运动会、比赛等大型活动提供现场医疗值班支持。
Provide on-site medical support for school events (e.g., sports competitions).
5、跨部门协作。与卫生局、教育局等上级部门沟通，确保政策执行与信息同步。
Liaise with health/education authorities to ensure policy compliance andtimely communication.
6、医疗英语宣教讲座。面向师生开展基础医疗英语培训及健康知识讲座（如急救术语、流行病学词汇等）。
Conduct medical English workshops for students/staff (e.g., first aidterminology, epidemiological terms) and health education seminars.

【任职资格】：
1、临床医学、中西医结合（西医方向）专业本科及以上学历；
Bachelor's degree or above in Clinical Medicine or Integrated Chinese& Western Medicine (Western Medicine focus).
2、持有医师资格证，执业范围为儿科/内科/外科/全科；
Valid medical license in Pediatrics/Internal Medicine/Surgery/General Practice.
3、2年以上二甲及以上医院临床工作经验者优先；
2+ years of clinical experience in Grade II-A or above hospitals preferred.
4、工作细致、专业负责，具备积极的工作态度；
Detail-oriented, professional, and proactive work ethic.
5、具备良好的沟通技巧和服务意识，英语听说读写能力良好；
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; proficient in English(spoken and written)
