岗位职责:
• Under supervision of Nursing Education Department Manager, will trainstaff nurses following the prescribed curriculum
• Will be available to assist nursing staff and nursing administrationwith questions regarding policies, forms and training materials
• Will contribute to team of educators and trainers by offeringobservations and suggestions regarding training needs of nursing dept
• Will work with the training team to develop curriculum and training plans
• Conduct skills lab and simulation training to new nurses and othernursing staff
• Ensure that training activities are conducted efficiently before,during and after each session
• Keep tract of training attendance and record
• Coordinate between Nursing Education Department, Nursingadministration Department, and other units in the hospital within BJUand UFH.
• Participate in providing training activities including internal andexternal life support classes as directed by the NED manager.
• Manages the supplies and equipment of the department in collaborationwith Training manager and other training staff
• Responsible for all required office work and accomplishing tasksassigned by Nursing Education Manager
任职要求:
• Bachelors of Nursing degree, preferred
• Min. 3 yrs. nursing clinical experience or nursing education
• Good command of English
• Previous teaching experience in any field is desired
• BLS Instructor Certificate (AHA or Internal)
• Ability to work with people from a variety of backgrounds
• Ability to follow directions from supervisor with min. supervision
• Strong Nursing Skills
• Strong Interpersonal Skills
• Strong teaching skills
• Understanding of clinical flow of both Inpatient and OutpatientNursing Units
• Basic knowledge of hospital operations and various depts.
• Basic Knowledge of hospital policies and procedures
• Knowledgeable in nursing management of common disease conditions
