职责描述:
Responsible for the medical needs of the expatriate patient populationin partnership with the core teams and key care providers.
-Establish good relationships and communicate effectively with patients,providing professional advice on patients' medical needs.
-Coordinate and provide care that is safe, timely, effective and patient-centered
-Develop effective working relations and collaborate with the medicalteam within the organization throughout the entire case management process
-Facilitate multiple care aspects (case coordination, informationsharing, etc)
-Responsible for the clinic's English translation, including but notlimited to translation during medical visits, translation of medicaldocuments, promotional materials
-Collect patient’s feedback, follow up and make suggestions for serviceimprovement to maximize patient’s satisfaction
-Support the marketing department in promoting activities, including butnot limited to embassies, chambers of commerce, international schoolsand other special channels
-Responsible for data management of defined patient population:collecting and analyzing patient’s data as required by core team reviews
