DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责:
1.Provision of medical care within area of expertise in InternalMedicine Department and as internal medicine physician. Will also act asconsultant for complicated medical conditions for all specialties in thehospital and support in the ICU as needed.
2.Perform complete physical exams and assessments of patients inInternal Medicine Department (including urgent, emergent, and non-urgentpresentation) and ICU.
3.Help with medical development programs of internal medicine, such asdevelop rules, training plans and QI monitoring systems.
4.Select, order and perform tests and procedures to augment physical findings
5.Define/document differential diagnoses and list differential diagnoseswith most likely diagnosis indicated.
6.Write orders on physician order sheet for tests, procedures and theimplementation and management of therapies in accordance with medicalprotocols. Write signature on chart based upon institutional policy
7.Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures as deemed necessary andappropriate for plan of care if privileged to do so. Consult as necessary.
8.Interpret data and diagnostic results for appropriate course of actionincluding blood gases, radiology, ECG, etc., but not limited to these.
9.Participate in education and training including medical and nursing staff.
10.Participate as one of the key leaders lead Japanese patients service.
11.Follow bylaws and policy and procedure of Shanghai JiahuiInternational Hospital.
12.Take in house on call as assigned by department chair if needed.
13.Other duties as assigned by the Chief Medical Officer and the Chairof Internal Medicine.
EXPERIENCES, SKILLS AND ABILITIES 经验,技能及能力要求:
Board Certified/Board Eligible (or equivalent) in Internal Medicine ORChinese physician practice license
Medical degree from an approved school of medicine.
Completion of residency training at a hospital and program acceptableto the Departmental Chairperson and Chief Medical Officer.
Minimum 5 years’ experience post-residency in the clinical arena preferred.
