岗位职责:
项目宗旨：儿科青年医生培训项目旨在以追求卓越，高质量和患者安全为核心理念的基础上提高和培养住院医的专业能力及有效沟通，从而成为具有独立思维的儿科住院医生。
项目规划：儿科青年医生培训项目为期一年，以授课及临床实践相结合的方式开始，培训地点为北京和睦家医院。
项目收获：培训生将全面系统地学习以患者为主体，以问题为导向的诊断与治疗计划的制定。接受到儿科领域资深国内外专家的实践指导，除在和睦家儿科学习及实践外，您还将获得在麻醉科、急诊科和全科门诊轮转的机会。

Pediatric Young Physician Training Program

Program Mission:
The Pediatric Young Physician Training Program aims to enhance anddevelop the professional skills and effective communication of residentphysicians based on the core principle of pursuing excellence, highquality, and patient safety, thereby cultivating independent-thinking pediatricians.

Program Structure:
The Pediatric Young Physician Training Program is a one-year programthat combines classroom instruction with clinical practice. The trainingwill take place at Peking United Family Hospital.

Program Benefits:
Trainees will receive comprehensive and systematic training indeveloping patient-centered, problem-oriented diagnosis and treatmentplans. They will receive practical guidance from senior domestic andinternational experts in the field of pediatrics. In addition tolearning and practicing in United Family's Department of Pediatrics,trainees will also have the opportunity to rotate in the Department ofAnesthesiology, the Department of Emergency Medicine, and the GeneralOutpatient Clinic.
任职要求:
1. 全日制临床医学硕士及以上学历，儿科相关专业（内科、外科体系均可）优先；
2. 具有执业医师资质，完成规范化培训；
3. 有三甲医院临床实习经验，儿童医院、儿研所规培经历优先;
4. 较好的英文听说读写能力；
5. 优秀的沟通技能、服务意识及团队合作精神。

1. Full-time master's degree in clinical medicine or above, prefer withmajors related to pediatrics (both internal medicine and surgery systemsare acceptable);
2. Possess a practicing physician qualification and have completedstandardized training;
3. Have clinical internship experience in a tertiary hospital, preferwith training experience in a children's hospital or pediatric research institute;
4. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills;
5. Excellent communication skills, service awareness and team spirit.
