康复治疗培训生

岗位职责:
此职位是治疗师培训生职位。治疗师培训生将首先从基础工作做起，逐渐过渡到初级治疗师。
1. 各科室轮转，参加和睦家医疗治疗师培训生项目的培训，培养专业能力
2. 具备自主学习的意识，在工作中收集可以证明自己专业能力的例子
3 .定期参加与导师和/或治疗师总监的个人评估
4. 辅助执行针对康复患者的作业/物理/言语治疗，包含日常生活训练、上/下肢功能训练、认知功能训练、言语或吞咽功能训练、环境评估等
5. 完成科室主任或导师交给的其他工作任务
6. 支持治疗师的治疗工作，参加病案讨论会议
7. 配合医院及科室新业务的开展

Therapist Trainee

This is an entry-level position that provides a pathway to becoming aJunior Therapist.

Responsibilities:
1. Rotate through various departments and participate in United Family'sTherapist Trainee Program to develop professional skills
2. Demonstrate a commitment to self-directed learning and collectexamples of work that demonstrate professional competence
3. Participate in regular individual reviews with a mentor and/orTherapy Director
4. Assist in the delivery of occupational/physical/speech therapyinterventions to rehabilitation patients, including activities of dailyliving training, upper/lower extremity functional training, cognitivefunctional training, speech or swallowing therapy, and environmental assessments
5. Complete other work assignments as directed by the Department Head or mentor
6. Support therapists in their therapeutic work and participate in case conferences
7. Assist in the development and implementation of new services for thehospital and department
任职要求:
1.本科及以上学历，康复相关专业；
2. 积极主动并能应对各种不同的任务；
3. 基本英文能力，可进行简单英语口语交流；
4. 具备较强沟通能力、团队合作能力和服务意识。

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in a rehabilitation-related field, suchas occupational therapy, physical therapy, or speech-language pathology
2. Proactive and able to handle a variety of tasks
3. Basic English proficiency, able to communicate in simple spoken English
4. Strong communication skills, teamwork skills, and service awareness
