岗位职责:
为期一年的和睦家护士培训生项目将于2025年8月正式开始。
培训形式为授课加临床实习。培训地点在北京。
培训内容包括：理论知识及临床技能，有效交流及沟通技巧，评判性思维，职业行为规范及服务标准，浸泡式英语等，教学形式采用混合式教学方法进行教学，包括：线上网课、线下面授、模拟教学和临床实践等。 培训结束后将在和睦家医院北京区工作。
和睦家医疗承担所有的培训费用，并提供具有市场竞争力的薪酬，全面的综合福利，工作餐以及住宿补贴等。
United Family Nurse Training Program
Program Overview:
The one-year United Family Nurse Training Program will officiallycommence in August 2025.
Program Structure:
The program combines classroom instruction with clinical practice. Thetraining will take place in Beijing.
Program Content:
The program curriculum includes theoretical knowledge and clinicalskills, effective communication and interpersonal skills, criticalthinking, professional conduct and service standards, and immersiveEnglish training. The teaching methods used in the program include ablended learning approach, incorporating online courses, face-to-faceinstruction, simulation training, and clinical practice.
Program Benefits:
1. Upon completion of the program, participants will be placed in UnitedFamily hospitals in the Beijing area.

任职要求:
1. 2024年至2025年全日制护理专科以上学历毕业
2. 通过2025年5月（或之前）护士资格考试
3. 有三甲医院临床实习经验优先
4. 基础的英文听说读写能力
5. 优秀的沟通技能及服务意识
6. 具有优秀的团队合作和职业素质
1. Full-time nursing major or above from 2024-2025
2. Pass the nurse qualification exam by May 2025 (or earlier)
3. Prefer those with clinical internship experience in tertiary hospitals
4. Basic English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills
5. Excellent communication skills and service awareness
6. Excellent teamwork and professional qualities
