Operation
1.Provide guidance and leadership to the team in the support of theday-to-day IT Operations, handling incident management, escalations,resolving user issues, and monitoring the performance ofbusiness-critical systems to prevent delays, outages and quickly resolveon-going issues.
2.Ensure mission critical software/services and systems are availableand accessible to all users as required.
3.Develop and implement processes, policies and procedures forimplementation, programming, and maintenance of assigned areas to ensureconsistency across the IT organisation.
4.In-depth knowledge and experience in the field of IT security,incident response, threat intelligence and forensic investigations.
5.Liaise with vendors and government agencies (e.g., MOH, IDA) where necessary.
6.Manage the data center, technology implementation, capacityplanning/scaling, and operations of systems of the Company. Provideproactive monitoring, alerting, and reporting processes to ensureoptimal system performance.
7.Provide project management leadership for infrastructure andapplication deployment initiatives. Accountable for ensuring ITprojects incorporate the appropriate planning, technical analysis,budgets, and resource management to meet deadlines and objectives.
8.Ensure compliance with hardware/software updates and lifecycle methodologies.
9.Select technology providers and serve as subject matter expert innegotiation of contracts and agreements. Proactively evaluates ITservices to determine the right sourcing and cost model.
10.Works with business users to identify, source, and cost requirementsfor IT initiatives.
11.Responsible for Disaster Recovery Planning and testing. Overseesannual DRP test for all critical business systems.
12.Ensure alignment, implementation and monitoring of local regulationsand policies in relation to cybersecurity.
13.Liaise with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance withregulatory, company policy and audit requirements.
14.Motivates, supervises, guides, develops and support a team of juniorstaff. Appraise and be responsible for the efficiency and performanceof junior staff.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1.Over 10 yrs experience as IT deputy director/director or similar rolewith experience in enterprise level IT environments across ApplicationDevelopment/Support, Operations, Infrastructure and Cyber Security.
2.5+ yrs experience in delivering Service management in an enterpriseenvironment, including strategic and tactical Servicemanagement/assurance process improvement.
3.Experience working in incident response, security operations, andmanaging potential advanced persistent threat (APT) attacks.
4.Knowledge of current cyber security and information securitypractices, principals, tools, and techniques
5.Excellent English and Chinese written and oral communications skills.
