SUMMARY 概述

This position is responsible for handling clinical-related issues,internal and external, for Align Technology in China. Responsibilitiesfall in four broad categories but may not be limited to:
• Treatment planning
• Conduct and provide high quality training of customers (doctors)and/or speaking in clinical settings on behalf of the company.
• Clinical Support to customers on ClinCheck, attachment andtroubleshooting, especially to key accounts.
• Contributor or review of clinical content of doctoreducation/marketing materials and internal clinical education materials.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Otherduties may be assigned.
• Manage and optimize the day-to-day operations of the Clinicaldepartment, ensuring all clinical activities and projects meet companystandards and objectives.
• Provide advanced ClinCheck review and clinical support, with a focuson the needs and satisfaction of key clients.
• Handle complex ClinCheck-related complaints and troubleshooting,ensuring issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
• Establish and oversee internal clinical education programs to enhancethe clinical knowledge and skills of staff.
• Represent the company at academic and professional events, enhancingthe company's professional image in the clinical field.
• Provide clinical feedback for research projects and new productlaunches to drive continuous product improvement.
• Collaborate with local KOLs and speakers to develop high-qualitypublications for use as case studies by the company.
• Ensure all clinical activities and projects adhere to departmentalprocedures, achieving 100% accuracy and completeness.
• Enhance the team's understanding of products and processes throughongoing employee training and development.
• Serve as the coordinator for local clinical studies, managing clinicalresearch and projects while also supporting national or global initiatives.
• Support the education team to ensure the localization andimplementation of regional and national education plans.
• Travel as needed to support local educational events, client visits,or training.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE 学历和/或经历
• Master’s degree or equivalent; Certificate of Dentistry from anaccredited University; Master of Orthodontics degree or equivalent is desired.
