DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责:
1. Responsible for driving growth of group insurance revenue, visits andnew patients.
2. Responsible for promoting sales of Jiahui exclusive group medicalinsurance products in insurance sales channels (i.e. sales teams ofinsurance companies, insurance brokers, insurance agencies and etc.,)
3. Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new insurancesales channels, provide necessary support to sales channels.
4. Managed/Shared corporate accounts as account managers buildingrelationship with HRs to connect and follow up with their benefits plan
5. Plan and organize events for HRs and group insurance account managers.
6. Issue weekly and monthly update on BD activities and results
EXPERIENCES, SKILLS AND ABILITIES 经验,技能及能力要求:
1. Minimum Five years working experience in high-end medical groupinsurance sales team with strong relationship in high-end medical groupinsurance sales channels.
2. Good relationship building, able to connect with corporate executivesespecially HRs.
3. Excellent communication ability, friendly able to build trust withothers.
4. Excellent analytical skills.
5. Ability to cope and prioritize under pressure.
6. Detail oriented, able to settle in and focus on task, proven trackrecorder in delivering individual targets
7. Independent, able to handle multiple tasks individually.
8. Self-starter, goal-getter, problem solver
