生物信息学研究员(Sho课题组)

1.Job responsibilities:
(1) Develop new algorithms to sequence multiple high-resolution RNAmodifications using third-generation sequencing technologies (Multi-epitranscriptomics)；
(2) Study the functional interactions between various unique mRNAmodifications and how these interactions contribute to human developmentand disorders.
1. 工作内容:
(1) 开发新算法，利用第三代测序技术对多个高分辨率RNA修饰进行测序（多表观转录组学）(2) 研究各种独特的mRNA修饰之间的功能相互作用，以及这些相互作用在表观转录组学上如何促进人类发育和疾病

2.Application conditions:
(1) Strong bioinformatics background;
(2) Bachelor’s degree in Bioinformatics or Molecular Biology;
(3) Interest in pursuing research in epitranscriptomics and RNA biology;
(4) Highly motivated and able to work independently on multipleprojects;(5) Fluency in written and spoken English is required.

3.Benefits:
(1) Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience,ranging from RMB 120,000-160,000/year for Bachelor's/Master's studentsand RMB 350,000-390,000/year for PhDs. The initial term will be threeyears. (1) 条件待遇：薪酬将与资历和经验相匹配，本科/硕士生年薪为12-16万元人民币/年，博士为35-39万元人民币/年。初始任期为三年。经双方同意，可以续约。
