we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CT Clinical ApplicationSpecialist to join the Workflow Solutions team. In this role, you willprovide clinical expertise and collaborate with Product Management,Experience Design, Usability and Engineering to define clinicalworkflows & product requirements for workflow solutions. The idealcandidate is a registered healthcare professional with a strong clinicaland hospital background in CT, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Roles and Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering & Validation:
Collaborate with customers, internal teams, and other stakeholders togather and validate clinical requirements for new products and product enhancements.
Conduct in-depth analysis of clinical workflows, pain points, andend-user needs to ensure product development aligns with real-worldscenarios and customer expectations.
Prioritize and document product requirements, working closely withproduct managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure clarityand consensus.
Clinical Input & Feedback:
Act as a clinical subject matter expert, providing insights and guidancethroughout the product development process.
Review product designs, prototypes, and technical specifications,offering feedback and suggestions to improve usability, functionality,and alignment with clinical best practices.
Participate in product testing and validation, ensuring that productsmeet or exceed clinical performance and safety standards.
User Experience & Workflow Optimization:
Collaborate with user experience (UX) designers and other team membersto create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that simplify complexmedical imaging tasks.
Analyze and optimize clinical workflows, identifying opportunities toimprove efficiency, accuracy, and overall user satisfaction.
Support the development of user guides, training materials, and otherresources to help customers seamlessly integrate products into theirclinical workflows.
Key Qualifications:
Education & Certification:
Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology, Biomedical Engineering, or arelated field.
Registered healthcare professional with relevant certifications (e.g.,Health Professional Qualification, ARRT, RDMS, or equivalent).
Advanced certifications or training in specialized medical imagingmodalities are highly desirable (e.g., CT, MRI, Ultrasound).
Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience in CT medical imaging,preferably in a hospital or imaging center setting, experience on allmodalities (CT, MRI, X-ray at minimum) is highly desirable.
Prior experience in providing training, education, or technical supportfor medical imaging products and software is highly preferred.
Familiarity with PACS, RIS, and other medical imaging information systems.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in the use and interpretation of various medical imagingmodalities, such as X-ray, CT, MRI, and Ultrasound.
